The social bowls club is apart of the Sherwood Services Club that incorporates a feeling of unity for fun, friendship and laughter. We welcome members who have never played bowls before as well as those with experience of the game.

The Sherwood Services Social Lawn Bowls Club is a sub-club of the Sherwood Services Club Inc.
The social lawn bowls club is a club that incorporates a feeling of unity and fun, friendship and good times. We welcome bowlers new and experienced to join our trips to clubs.
Our club has a monthly day trip to various clubs in the south east area, including Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Toowoomba.
The cost is $25 per day which includes 2 games of bowls, the morning game is amongst our club members for championship points and the afternoon game is against their club members with the emphasis on having a good time (a fun game).
We also get morning and afternoon tea and lunch all included in the price which is very reasonable.
If the coach is not full with players we welcome visitors to come along and enjoy a days outing.
To join the Lawn Bowls club you must be a financial member of a lawn bowls club and a financial member of the Sherwood Services Club, we have a $10 joining fee plus a $5 annual fee.
